Modern Slavery Statement
August 2026
Beyondseams Ltd is committed to conducting business responsibly and to respecting internationally recognised labour and human rights standards throughout the manufacturing programmes we support.
We recognise that modern slavery, forced labour, human trafficking and child labour are serious risks within global supply chains and that responsible sourcing requires ongoing attention to the conditions in which products are manufactured.
OUR BUSINESS AND SUPPLY CHAIN
Beyondseams works with retailers, brands and licensed programme operators to develop and manage manufacturing programmes through selected manufacturing partners.
Our sourcing network currently includes manufacturing partners in China, Pakistan and Egypt. We work directly with factory ownership and senior management and seek to place production with manufacturers capable of meeting the quality, technical, social and compliance requirements of each customer and programme.
OUR EXPECTATIONS OF MANUFACTURING PARTNERS
Beyondseams does not tolerate forced labour, bonded labour, human trafficking, slavery or unlawful child labour within the manufacturing programmes we manage.
Manufacturing partners are expected to operate in accordance with applicable employment and labour laws and to maintain appropriate standards relating to worker welfare, working conditions and responsible employment practices.
Our manufacturing network includes facilities operating under recognised independent compliance and certification frameworks, including standards such as WRAP, Sedex, GOTS and OEKO-TEX, where applicable to the factory, product and programme. Specific compliance requirements are considered when selecting and allocating manufacturing capacity for each customer.
DUE DILIGENCE AND OVERSIGHT
Our approach is proportionate to the nature of each programme and the manufacturing environment involved. Beyondseams maintains direct communication with its manufacturing partners and considers factory capability, compliance requirements and customer-specific standards when placing production.
Where a material concern relating to forced labour, modern slavery, human trafficking or unlawful child labour is identified, we would expect the matter to be investigated promptly and appropriate corrective action to be taken. Where satisfactory remediation cannot be achieved, we reserve the right to reconsider or terminate the relevant manufacturing relationship.
CONTINUOUS RESPONSIBILITY
We recognise that responsible sourcing is an ongoing process rather than a one-time assessment. As Beyondseams and its manufacturing network develop, we intend to continue reviewing our approach to supply-chain due diligence and the standards expected of our manufacturing partners.
This statement is published voluntarily by Beyondseams Ltd in support of the principles of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and our commitment to responsible and transparent supply-chain management.
